About 1,500 people in the community have utilized services offered by the programs Goodwill-Easter Seals Minnesota offers since they came to our Willmar location in 1996. For 20 years, Goodwill-Easter Seals found ways to assist job seekers, connect with businesses, schools and city leaders and create partnerships that have benefited the entire community.

We partner icon and DEED logo on green backgroundMinnesota Department of Employment and Economic Development (DEED) $475,000 grant for IPS

DEED’s Vocational Rehabilitation Services (VRS) unit announced that they were awarding $475,000 in grants that are designed to help people with mental illness find work. Goodwill-Easter Seals Minnesota will receive a portion of the funding to provide Individual Placement Services (IPS) in Olmsted and Fillmore counties.

Our Volunteer Mentors make a huge difference in the lives of our participants – and it only takes a small time commitment a month. The mentor training is 6 hours of engaging information – offered monthly. You'll learn what it means to be an effective mentor.
