Vocational Assessment services
Goodwill/Easter Seals vocational assessment services help people identify their strengths and interests to help determine their goals for employment and education. Participants identify:
- Skills they already have that can help them find a job
- Personal strengths, limitations and barriers
- Areas they need to develop and improve upon
Situational Assessment
Situational Assessment is a comprehensive on-the-job assessment and evaluation program tailored to the individual and the referral source. The program is typically 20-days long and assesses:
- The employability of the participant in a variety of areas
- Physical endurance and work tolerance
- Coworker relations and other work behaviors
Vocational Evaluation and Testing Services
Vocational Evaluation and Testing Services includes the following:
- Thorough vocational testing customized to the needs of the participant and referral source
- Comprehensive evaluation report outlining strengths and recommendations
Eligibility requirements: Eligibility is different for each location. The best way to determine if you qualify is to talk to our staff.
Cost/Funding: Funding is provided by the referral source. There is no cost to the participating individual for the services.
