Goodwill/Easter Seals Minnesota's Employment Services provide employers with comprehensive hiring and retention services and employees who are well trained and dependable.

Proven employment readiness and skills training programs ensure that our participants are ready for work before we assist them in finding a job. In addition to employment training, we prepare them with basic work skills and job expectations such as:

Attendance
Punctuality
Co-worker interactions
Customer service
Responsibility

Additionally, we assess their needs and work with applicants to remove barriers to work by resolving issues such as child care or transportation challenges. Our candidates come prepared to be successful in their employment.

Beyond hiring: extend your partnership

Goodwill/Easter Seals cannot accomplish its mission without ongoing business and corporate partnerships. We need the support of businesses, such as Medtronic, Target, Jiffy Lube, U.S. Bank and others to hire the people we prepare for work.

Beyond hiring, many corporations and businesses also engage with us through volunteer programs, grants and sponsorships. Corporations and businesses are invited get involved in a variety of ways to support the important work of our organization.
