Goodwill/Easter Seals Minnesota offers industry-specific skills training programs to help individuals develop and expand skills and experience needed to find and maintain employment. Through our Job Placement and Retention Services, we also assist Skills Training program participants to find a job and succeed in their new career.

Skills training application process

1. To apply for skills training programs, you must attend an information session. Learn about our skills training programs and learn whether you are eligible for training in one of our proven training programs. Click the underlined text to learn more about these programs:

2. After attending the Information Session, an appointment will be scheduled to complete assessments and determine if you have the skills needed to be successful in that type of work.
