IPS special features Bradley Dreis, Goodwill-Easter Seals Clinical Supervisor of the Working Well Mental Health Clinic in St. Paul, participant Robert and NAMI’s Sue Abderholden
As we announced in mid-November, for six months Metro Cable Network Channel 6 will air a 30-minute panel presentation on Individual Placement Services (IPS) three times a week. The program emphasizes the positive results seen from incorporating employment into the treatment of mental health.
For those unable to watch the special on Channel 6, they’ve made the program available to the public. You can watch it above.
Goodwill-Easter Seals Minnesota’s participant Robert is not only a part of the panel, but is also the focus of a video presentation on IPS that you’ll see in the broadcast.
The panel includes Bradly Dreis, who is Goodwill-Easter Seals Minnesota’s Clinical Supervisor of the Working Well Mental Health Clinic in St. Paul. Also on the panel are Sue Abderholden, Executive Director of the National Alliance on Mental Illness of Minnesota (NAMI) and Claire Courtney from the Minnesota Department of Employment and Economic Development (DEED). KSTP-TV’s Ken Barlow was the host.
The broadcast schedule over the next six months will be:
*Tuesdays at 5 p.m. (following the Hennepin County board broadcast)
*Fridays at 7:30 a.m.
*Sundays at 5:30 p.m.
