Partnering with Courageous heARTS: Recycling the Unrecyclable

What do you do when you want to recycle the unrecyclable? We’re excited to announce a new recycling partnership with local arts nonprofit Courageous heARTS (http://www.courageous-hearts.org/) as we enter Earth Day week.

Courageous heARTS will repurpose outdated Goodwill-Easter Seals marketing materials and signage.

Courageous heARTS is an after-school art program located in south Minneapolis.

After meeting with Courageous heARTS founder and co-chair Lindsay Walz, we were able to identify a use for some of our outdated posters, trade show screens and retail signage.

These materials were found to contain no recyclable materials and are items that would ordinarily be destined for the trash compactor. Lindsay’s students have given these materials new life as back drops for their art projects.
