Career navigators help people create a career pathway using education, training and support service strategies. The navigation enables individuals to get industry-relevant certifications and self-sustaining work, while advancing to higher levels of future education and employment. Attend an information session to learn about career navigation on either the second or fourth Tuesday of every month at 1:45 p.m. Details here.

We conduct workforce development workshops and provide individual job seeker assistance in many community settings (public libraries, community centers, job and career fairs and schools). Check our calendar to see upcoming events.

COMMUNITY RESOURCES
We connect participants to community organizations to help solve problems that can become barriers to work like medical care, child care, work clothing, housing and transportation. We partner with 150+ other organizations annually to help support participants eliminate barriers to work and independence. Call 651-379-5800 for information.

EDUCATION SERVICES
Computer laboratory, typing classes and General Education Development (GED) tutoring are a few of the education services that help prepare people for employment and independent living. We also connect our participants with referrals for services at other agencies like English Language Learners (ELL), financial literacy classes and more. Call 651-379-5800 for details.

FATHER PROJECT

The FATHER Project is a program for low-income, primarily non-custodial fathers to assist them in supporting their children financially and emotionally. See how we're helping families in the community.
