Goodwill-Easter Seals Minnesota (GESMN) is proud to celebrate our LGBTQIA+ employees and launch a new employee resource group for connection. We strive to reflect the communities we serve by actively listening and growing to ensure everyone feels welcome, to be their true authentic self.

Diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI) are central to our mission. Every month, our employee-led DEI council shares educational opportunities, conducts listening sessions and provides resource guides to encourage teams across the organization to engage in thought-provoking discussions with openness and respect.
