Creating Career Possibilities Together in St. Paul's Energy Park Neighborhood
The new Goodwill-Easter Seals Minnesota Career & Services Campus, located in St. Paul’s Energy Park neighborhood, will house all administrative functions of the 501c3 organization, alongside many services and programs we provide in the community to serve over 5,000 people annually.
Highlights:
- Collective of Metro Area services and programs into a main facility that will better serve program participants, who can select from nearly twenty custom programs ranging from career training and education in high-demand fields to family stability services to college and career navigation.
- While we have a rich history, our eye is always on the future of Minnesota’s workforce. A larger, 100,000 square foot facility allows for the launch of new career training like emerging technology in solar panel installation, heat pump installation and electric vehicle support equipment repair and more.
- The Goodwill-Easter Seals Minnesota Career & Services Campus is an innovative space for program participants, employees, volunteers and community partners to work, learn and collaborate in support of our mission to eliminate barriers to work and independence.

News & Updates
Construction has begun and several teams are working to prepare the new campus:
- Facilities is overseeing interior work to evolve the space from Kemps to GESMN.
- Marketing is working on signage concepts (front desk rendering is pictured above) and engaging muralists to create original artwork with participant input.
- IT is adding innovation to everything from how conference rooms are booked to TVs and technology in meeting rooms.

Fall of 2025. The new Goodwill-Easter Seals Minnesota Career & Services Campus will house all administrative functions of the 501c3 organization, alongside many services and programs.
Employees will be notified and given ample time to move items from the current campus to the new Career & Services Campus later this summer.
Goodwill-Easter Seals Minnesota owns the Fairview building, which is largely used for an outlet retail location, salvage/recycling operations and distribution, which will expand operations into former office space.
All Energy Solar will continue to be a valued tenant of Goodwill-Easter Seals Minnesota within a portion of the property.
Goodwill-Easter Seals Minnesota has three strategic pillars: advancing services & programs, investing in people and maintaining financial health. The new center advances all three of our strategic pillars and allows for future expansion of services and programs.
