Before arriving at any GESMN facility, we ask that employees review the following self-monitoring health assessment to determine if they should come to work.

Questions to ask yourself:

  • Am I currently experiencing one or more of the following new or unexplained symptoms?
  • Fever of 100.4°F or higher
  • Chills
  • Muscle pain or body aches
  • Fatigue

  • New Loss of taste or smell
  • Cough
  • Shortness of breath or difficulty breathing
  • Sore Throat
  • Headache
  • Congestion or runny nose
