Goodwill/Easter Seals Minnesota offers employment and job placement services for individuals in the Minnesota Family Investment Program (MFIP) living in Hennepin County and Ramsey County. We assist MFIP recipients in obtaining and retaining jobs. This comprehensive employment support program includes:

• Vocational and skills assessment services
• Preparation and support for re-entering the workforce
• Resume preparation
• Interview preparation
• Job search support
• Employment support after starting work

Eligibility requirements: To qualify for services in this program, you must be you must be a resident or Hennepin County of Ramsey Co.and receiving MFIP benefits.

Residency requirement: Hennepin County or Ramsey County.

How to apply for this program Your Hennepin County MFIP caseworker must make a referral to us. Please tell your HSR that you would like to work with Goodwill/Easter Seals Minnesota as your Employment Service Provider. Once we receive the referral, we will contact you to set up an intake appointment.
