Volunteers contribute to our goal of serving Minnesotans with disabilities and other barriers to employment behind-the-scenes in various office functions, by providing support at our retail stores and by providing their expertise in training and leadership. We have flexible volunteer schedules. Even if you are busy during weekday hours, you can still volunteer in a Goodwill store at night or on the weekend! View our store hours. Goodwill-Easter Seals volunteers also enjoy free parking at nearly all of our volunteer locations.

Yes! You can fulfill volunteer hours with us if you need to complete volunteer hours for a school project, extra credit, graduation requirement, confirmation class or other extracurricular activity.
Your volunteer start date depends on the volunteer position. Upon inquiring, you will be asked to submit a volunteer application and meet with our volunteer manager.
