Our mission

The mission of Goodwill/Easter Seals is to assist people with barriers to education, employment and independence in achieving their goals. We prepare people for work.

Public policy

We believe all people have the right to work. We advocate on behalf of persons with barriers to work by encouraging you to get involved in public policy initiatives. Sign up for public policy updates.

Funding our mission

Our broad range of employment and support services are funded through sales of donated items at Goodwill stores, individual gifts, vehicle donations, corporate support, grants and public contracts.

More than 1,500 employees provide services and work in our Goodwill stores to raise funds at locations in the Twin Cities metro, Rochester, Willmar and St. Cloud areas.
