The following support services are provided by Goodwill-Easter Seals Minnesota to provide the extra assistance our clients need to be successful.
Services to enhance independence include:
Computer laboratory, typing classes and General Education Development (GED) tutoring are a few of the education services that help prepare people for employment and independent living.
Family strengthening services
Life skills classes, support group and parenting classes are provided at the FATHER Project.
Mental health services
Assessment, counseling, Adult Rehabilitative Mental Health Services (ARMHS) and support groups are available through the Mental Health programs.
We connect participants to other community organizations as needed to help them solve problems that can become barriers to work, such as medical care, child care, work clothing, housing and transportation.
We connect students with community resources so they can achieve a balance between academics, work and family obligations.
